After six months of sitting in our entryway, the dishwasher has come out of the box.
And there was great rejoicing.

I just now reviewed your Flickr set - oh, my, my! It's nice knowing I'm not the only one who's had to put all the kitchen contents into another room and had an appliance in a box in an odd place for-EV-er. Currently I have a toilet in a box in my den.
