It's been a long time since I finished anything of great significance.
Remember when I made that post in early December about the long list of knitting things I have on the go? Well at that time I had just started Tithe. Early February is when I finished something last and that was a pair of baby booties that took me just a few hours. (Plus they weren't even on the list!) For the last few (or six) months I haven't had the focus I've needed to get anything completed in the knit department.
Looking at that December list there are two things I did finish but didn't photograph or mention for that matter. So I guess I will mention them now. The Kitty Hat and Lé Slouch. Those are both completed. But that's it!
Out of that long list I plan to finish the Huggable Toy Bear next. I've also cast on for three new projects. One that involves that Manos (or fake Manos) I acquired. Another involves 10 skeins of Suss Twisted. The third involves a little charity knittinig. I'm doing a Clapotis scarf for the DKC's Knitting For the Cure. The yarn was donated by Patons and its called Impressions and it's hand dyed in an interesting shade of pink. Not my favorite yarn to knit with but I think it will be lovely once it's completed and Soaked.
